Training organisation, Academy of Learning Ltd., has just achieved the prestigious status of having the widest range of  Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualifications in the UK, leading the way in delivering it's new range of courses.

Academy of Learning Ltd. have been delivering ILM courses for 10 years, however, in the last few months their provision has been considerably widened to incorporate nearly 60 new titles and rank third in the East of England in terms of numbers of ILM qualifications successfully delivered to individuals.

Leadership titles have been extended to give a wide range of options and levels from 3 to 5 and there is now a provision to cover more specialist roles such as Facilities Management and new qualifications include Managing Equality & Diversity,  Business Enterprise and Effective Management.  Tried and tested programmes such as Certificate in First Line Management and Certificate in Team Leading remain as they are popular and effective core elements of the ILM offer.
