The ROI Academy^TM has licensed the National Occupational Standards for Management to use in conjunction with its leading edge training evaluation tool, the Performance Pound^TM.

The ROI Academy^TM's Performance Pound^TM webtool assesses and tracks performance against a set of up to 36 metrics which form the ideal attributes of a role or team.

Using the National Occupational Standards for Management in conjunction with the Performance Pound^TM, The ROI Academy^TM can now offer a standard management framework ideal to all employers, enabling them to assess current management skills and performance, identify training needs and measure improvement over time.

This framework allows employers to compare the skill level of their managers against a nationally recognised benchmark to see the level at which they should be performing, and identify areas in which there is room for improvement.
