Hedda Bird, MD of The ROI Academy, will present a case study showing the value of introducing the ITQ to John Lewis at the World Class Skills conference on July 9^th.

Commissioned by e-skills UK, the sector skills council for Business and Information Technology, The ROI Academy looked in depth at the impact of the ITQ training on a group of managers at one of the John Lewis stores.  The results showed a significant return on investment through improving capability, confidence and implementation of skills.

The ROI Academy used its Performance Pound^TM methodology to build a model showing how increased IT capability adds value to an organisation in practice.
