In 2000 Julie Inglis BSc.Psy(Hons) (founder of PPS) and her twin boys (aged 12) were diagnosed with ADHD after years of struggling with learning, consistent failure and an inability to organise thoughts, belongings and life in general.  However after employing a specialist coach in 2003, it became clear that her boys also had Asperger Syndrome. The benefits of coaching were so enormous that she trained as an ADHD & ASD Coach.

Later she discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which had a profound effect on her and her family; increasing confidence, self belief and overall success. She knew it had the potential to empower others in the same way.  It was soon evident that because of the simplicity of the techniques and instructions, individuals with ASD and ADHD could also learn and apply them with great success; giving them more choice and flexibility.
