Test Campaigns Find the Missing Link
2nd June 2008 at the Online Recruitment exhibitionFAST-growing software provider The Test Factory has added a unique feature to enhance its on-demand solution.
The Test Factory's innovative online software enables blue-chip clients to create their own questions and tests to aid recruitment, training, customer service and compliance. The technology is a first in the industry, allowing users to create a web address for authored tests, so they can be accessed anytime from web pages.
Managing Director Kevin Beales is launching the feature, ‘Test Campaigns', at the Online Recruitment exhibition in London on the 2nd June.He highlighted some of the opportunities this exclusive feature provides. "By just adding a link to adverts on a jobs board, clients can assess candidates with the right skills for each role before they have even reviewed a CV.
"Particularly for roles such as technical positions, this ensures that time is spent with candidates who have demonstrated the appropriate skills required, saving huge amounts of time and money."
