Swine Flu proof training service
24/9/2009
Training Now! is a new training service being offered by Anglia Training
Associates, with the guarantee that no one can get flu from being involved
in a live training session. While this could be a major advantage to
companies at risk from loosing valuable staff time, the service also offers
other major benefits
Training Now! aims to deliver customer specified training, live via the web. Training subject areas served include, Office IT skills, Health and Safety and management skills, including coaching, at all levels. Training can be delivered at any time and will be of particular interest to companies that want to cover employees on distributed sites, not only in the UK, but also abroad. Sessions can be as short as 1/2 hour, although 1 hour sessions will be more common. Regular sessions can be scheduled in to cover longer courses.
It should be stressed that the course content is decided by the customer, thus saving the inefficiencies of having to select a public course and hoping that needs will be met by this. The company aims to deliver sessions within one week of a request being made. This may be a plus point even for larger companies who employ a trainer, as there are often insufficient people with the same need to justify running internal courses.
