Practical HR Launching new Modula Training Courses in Essex

13/3/2008

The Practical HR Training Modules, Essential HR for Small Businesses, have been written and designed with small businesses in mind. They cover all the basic areas of HR and provide practical tools, processes, forms and documentation to ensure any small business has the procedures in place to effectively manage their employees.

Practical HR believes that an organisations biggest asset is its employees. However, employees can also be the greatest cost to a business (e.g. actual payroll costs), and can also be one of the greatest potential liabilities (e.g. if there is an employment dispute).

Essential HR for Small Businesses helps protect organisations against unnecessary costs and potential disputes. In addition the workshops will make attendees feel more confident in dealing with any employment matters that might arise - putting you back in control. And our processes, forms and procedures will help increase efficiency and employees performance and conduct.

There is no other HR course designed wholly with Small Businesses in mind and certainly no other course that provides such a practical and commercial approach to HR and employment law.

To benefit fully we recommend attendance at all modules as they complement and build on each other as the programme progresses. They are designed to cover key areas from recruitment through to termination - the life cycle of an employee.
