Addressing client frustration over high turnover rates

Turnover rates within the hospitality industry average over 65% per year.  Web-based training provides PAR Springer-Miller Systems' customers with a cost effective and standardized training curriculum that helps to ensure new employees are being trained correctly by subject matter experts every time.
