Obesity Coaching for Children

Sally Vanson, Managing Director of The Performance Solution said;
The Performance Solution supports health and fitness with programme to positively coach obese children.
Supporting the govenrment\'s Change4Life programme, The Performance Solution in partnership with PPD Learning are to coach obese 10 year olds. Using modern coaching interventions which focus on belief changes and maximising positive self concept and identity, coaches will work through a programme of individual and family support and motivational workshops with 10 year olds to get them fit for secondary education. The coaches working on the programme have been handpicked from PPD Learning because of their experience and effectiveness.
