New research from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) will present a candid insight into the attitudes and expectations of over 1,500 public sector managers as they look ahead to a year of change and uncertainty.
With the prospect of a new government, imminent budget cuts and a potential transformation in the way the public sector operates on the horizon, Leading Change in the Public Sector, will analyse satisfaction levels amongst public sector managers, gauge their reactions to current and imminent challenges, and assess their appetite for change.
