Knowledge Solutions Complete Acquisition of Enlight

Royston, UK and Stockholm, Sweden, 2nd December, 2008. Knowledge Solutions (UK) Ltd, the leading provider of IT change management and knowledge transfer solutions, has acquired 100% of Enlight, the leading provider of certification management, knowledge assurance and European/International Computer Driving Licence (ECDL/ICDL) solutions.
The announcement comes two years after Knowledge Solutions initially acquired a stake in Enlight, and in a carefully planned merger the two companies have moved to consolidate their operations.
Adrian Palmer-Geaves, CEO, Knowledge Solutions, said of the merger: "After working closely with Enlight for the last two years the value that we can bring to our customers as a combined entity has become clear. The synergy of Knowledge Solutions' change management and knowledge transfer solutions, combined with Enlight's domination of the ECDL/ICDL markets and leading certification management and knowledge assurance solutions, moves the group into an enviable position.
