Aurion Learning to host Masterclass in Learning Technologies in Dublin
24/05/2011
Following on the success of last year's learning technologies conference held in Belfast, Aurion Learning is set to host a masterclass in learning technologies in Dublin.
Masterclass in Learning Technologies:
Delivering More for Less is a free
event specifically designed for busy health and pharmaceutical professionals
who have a responsibility for learning and development or continuing
professional development within their organisation.
Delegates attending the event will be able to enjoy bitesize presentations on
how to get the best out of learning technologies, and maximise return on
training investment. The event will also showcase success stories from the
Irish health and pharma sector, demonstrating best practice and how learning
technologies should be used to deliver more for less.
Speaking about the event, Dr. Maureen Murphy, Managing Director of Aurion
Learning said:
"Our impressive line-up of guest speakers from the UK and Ireland are all experts in learning and development in the health, pharma and technology sectors and include: Paul Gormley, Irish Learning Technology Association; Eileen Shinners, Our Lady's Hospice, Dublin; Fergus Thompson, St. James's Hospital, Dublin; Pip Hardy, Patient Voices, Pilgrim Project and Pat Kenny, Health Services Executive, and I know our audience will learn a lot from them.
Places at this seminar will be
allocated on a first come, first served basis and demand is high.
I would urge anyone who is interested in attending to sign up as soon as
possible."
Masterclass in Learning Technologies:
Delivering More for Less takes place
from 09.00 - 13.00 on Tuesday 14 June 2011 in Our Lady's Hospice, Education and
Research Centre, Dublin.
Masterclass in Learning Technologies: Delivering More for Less will cover the
following topics:
- Towards eCompetence: A Strategic Approach to Technology-Driven Education Innovation;
- Making Online Learning Work in the Health Services Executive;
