The Government is calling on employers to help unlock talent within Britain's workforce by increasing their investment in developing employees' skills. Joining the Excellence network, designed by business support specialist Exemplas, is an ideal response to this challenge.

The report ‘Ready to work, skilled for work: unlocking Britain's talent', was released on Monday 28 January 2008. In this report, the Government emphasized their need to work with employers to build a national workforce with the skills needed to compete in an increasingly challenging global economy.
