How can organisations continue to develop their graduates in challenging economic times? This will be the subject of the Association of Graduate Recruiters' one day national conference on Friday 27 March.Leading experts will share the latest thinking on cost-effective, innovative and non-formal ways of developing graduates. The conference will also mark the launch of the AGR's regional graduate developer networks - a new initiative which will put local AGR members in touch to share best practice advice with one another.
Professor David Towner (Chartered Occupational Psychologist), who is Group Head of Assessment at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, will speak about what constitutes a psychological contract and what kind of flexibility is required of organisations to maintain diversity in their workforce and survive the current challenges.
