Creativedge Training and Development has developed 24 high-impact 90-minute training sessions for busy people.   Aptly named Rapid Results^®, the highly flexible 90-minute training sessions really get people switched on!  The sessions ‘cut to the chase' and concentrate on the key elements of a topic, providing participants with practical tools and ideas that can be put to work straight away.

 

The 24 different sessions are organised into two categories, Management & Leadership and Personal Development.  With 12 sessions in each category, topics covered range from delegation, monkey management, managing people, creative thinking, play to your strengths, handling conflict as well as topics such as team building, motivation and time management.  With a typical day of 3 or 4 sessions, topics can be chosen from either category or a mixture of both.

Mark Rose, Training Director at Creativedge says, "The Rapid Results^® 90 minute sessions work particularly well in central office environments where are number of people are based at the same location.  Because participants are away from their desks for only 90-minutes, the maximum amount of impact is achieved with the minimum amount of disruption to work schedules. "  Mark adds, "Rapid Results^® is also a very cost effective training solution.  With up to four sessions in a day and 20 participants per session, we can train up to 80 people in just one day."

Rapid Results^® sessions can also be completed as a unique certified Award Programme endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).   Four different ILM Award Programmes are available and participants can select the particular sessions they wish to complete as the basis for their own programme, allowing complete flexibility.  Successful participants receive external recognition through gaining an ILM Endorsed Certificate.
