3C launches training for flexible team working

With the coming changes in employment law, many more staff will be entitled to flexible working. These changes, combined with companies now working from offices across the world, mean the challenges of working as a team are greater than ever before.
Head of Training Helen Eades, of 3C Associates, says: "The pressures and challenges of working as a virtual team are unique, and traditional training programmes don't generally take this into account. Our programmes for virtual teams are specifically designed to help them deal with these challenges and make sure they are operating effectively."
