3C Associates Ltd ran its first free Forum Theatre training event in Henley on Thames on Friday 27^th March.

This interactive theatre showcase was a huge success, and showed delegates a fast, innovative and effective solution to evaluating staff and improving customer service skills in their workplace.  The two hour workshop was injected with just the right amount of humour to make the learning fun, memorable and dynamic.

Julian Hirst, Associate of 3C and the lead facilitator for Forum Theatre was thrilled at the high level of attendance and said "Everyone engaged.  The audience were shown familiar customer service situations and how poor customer service, although amusing in the safe environment of Forum Theatre, can be potentially destructive in a real life situation.
