Meeting Facilities - Snap Surveys
Snap Surveys offer a flexible meeting and training space at an affordable price in London's Piccadilly Circus. Hold formal or informal meetings, training sessions, seminars or interviews.
The PC training suite is fully equipped and offers the latest computer technology and up-to-date software packages. It seats up to 8 and a trainer.
Our main room can be set up in a range of formats, and seats up to 35 theatre style for seminars and events. There are smaller rooms available for interviews and meetings.
Snap Surveys friendly staff will ensure that your room is prepared to your specification and that your meeting runs smoothly. A catering service is also offered.
Training Room
The PC training room comes fully equipped with 8 PCs and 1 training master computer. The training facilities are high specification computers, fully networked with shared printing and internet access. Basic technical support is available and we can install your training software. If your requirements are more complex, we can arrange for IT support which will be at an extra cost.
Large Meeting Room
Choose from a variety of room layouts; classroom, u-shape, cabaret or seminar style. Flip charts, projector and screen are available free of charge. We can also arrange to hire-in other audio-visual equipment on request (chargeable). This room seats up to 35 delegates theatre style.
Kitchen / Dining area
There is a kitchen / dining area with comfortable seating and catering facilities, which can be used for breaks and at lunchtime. As well as tea and coffee, we can arrange breakfast - croissants, pastries and juice; buffet lunches and other refreshments such as sandwiches, mixed platters, biscuits, cakes and fruit. Buffet lunches start at £15.00 per delegate.
Additional meeting rooms
A smaller meeting room is available in the training suite, which comfortably seats six people boardroom style. And a meeting room adjacent to the big meeting room seats 4 comfortably.
