Essentially, I am a specialist UK wide trainer and policy consultant in equality laws diversity issues and cultural awareness but thread these topics into all my other courses.
Prior to setting up as a freelancer, I was Head of Training and Personnel for the Equal Opportunities Commission(1987 to 2000). Prior to this promotion, I was one of their County Court and Tribunal Caseworkers (1884 to 1987).
When I am not working, I am a volunteer advocate which often involves me getting involved as a champion of those pursuing employment, welfare benefit, immigration and discrimination claims.
