Profile
A Recruitment and Training Professional with over seven years experience gained predominately in the commercial and public sector, Kirsty has a proven track record in account management, securing new business, training and development. She is currently responsible for writing training modules and courses for Job Centre Plus across the UK, and prior to this was managing a temporary and permanent generic and supported housing desk, which she grew from a purely servicing role using proactive business development skills and her knowledge of the marketplace.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS TO DATE
Business Development
Increased Gross Monthly profit of temporary division from £1,000 per month to £6,000 per month between February 2007 and February 2008.
Secured 1st tier Preferred Supplier status with a number of private medical organisations in and around London, through a personal and dedicated service.
Gained 90% of new clients in 2008 through personal referrals and client recommendation.
Account Management
Solely responsible for company's largest account, with over £1 million profit per annum, encompassing 9 sites across London and 68 support workers and housing professionals working simultaneously.
Operated as sole supplier to Converso Ltd for 2 years, recruiting various call centre and telesales staff, growing the temporary workforce from 5 to 30 people.
Successfully managed numerous recruitment campaigns on behalf of various clients to meet their individual requirements.
