Babcock History:

Babcock Training Ltd was originally incorporated back in 1993 as VT Training, a division of VT Group PLC. 

In 2001 VT Training and Hospitality Plus Training merged to create VT Plus Training. However in 2006 following the merger of VT Plus Training, HCTC and Touchstone Learning and Skills the company returned to the previous organisation name of VT Training. 

In 2010 VT Group PLC was acquired by Babcock International Group PLC and this acquisition saw the creation of Babcock Training Ltd.  Babcock International Group PLC is the ultimate holding company for Babcock Training Ltd.
