Safe Training Services are based in Hampshire and offer Accredited HSE First Aid Training, Health & Safety Training and IPAF Training courses which can be run at our premises or at your location, our various courses can be tailored to your business requirements so please contact us for more details.

Safe Training Services offer courses available in:

First Aid (Accreditation number HSE No 85/90)

• First Aid at Work: A three day course
• Emergency First Aid at Work: A one day course
• Refresher course: A two day FAW refresher. Candidates must hold a valid HSE FAW certificate that is no more than one month out of date. Candidates can be refreshed three months prior to the expiry of their FAW certificate; this will give them three years and three months on their certificate
• Automatic External defibulator: A four hour course in Basic Life support and AED. Valid one year
• Advanced First Aid: These are bespoke course for individual Companies. From one to five days training is carried out by Paramedic instructors and assessed by Ambulance trained personnel

• Method statements and Risk assessments can be done as a Company wide, Site, or as a particular job. This can then be on a retained basis or just a one off. Although we specialise in Working at Height and First Aid are officials care able to offer a wide variety of experience in other fields.
• Company Induction courses: Needs are tailored with individual Companies
• Manual Handling: 4 Hour Courses. Maximum twelve. With Certification
• Infection Control: 1 hour course Maximum of twelve. With Certification
• Abrasive Wheels: 4 hour course Maximum of twelve. With Certification

Training can be done On-site (see on-site requirements) or at one of our Accredited Training centres.

In-house Certification. This is not registered to IPAF but is an equivalent qualification with a Safe Training Services Certificate. The course is trained using IPAF accredited instructor and will ensure the operator is competent to use the machine as defined under the Health & Safety at Work Act.

• IPAF Operator Training
  Normally a one day course. 6 persons on 1 or 4 persons on 2 categories of machines.
• IPAF Refresher Training
  A one day refresher course on the categories already held on Operators Licence.
  Note candidates licence must still be in date at time of course and log books filled in.
